This Moment

In this moment
I am experiencing
the culmination of my expectations,
my definitions about life, myself, people, the world,
my focus of attention,
emotions and feelings.

I am experiencing
and interpreting
according to all of these things,
and all of these things are my choices.

In this moment,
I have the option of making new choices.

I mine the moment,
search out my favorite things,
hold my focus on that which feels good,
and allow the rest to sift through my fingers.

This moment
is the point of power.
(This moment shapes infinite worlds!)

I choose to do what feels good,
and choose-- dare!-- to dream exciting dreams
because now I understand how this works.

I allow this moment
to show me its beauty, its lusciousness,
and this eternal moment
will always mirror my smile.
