Energy Work/ Healing

I was certified a Reiki I and II practitioner and then found Reconnective Healing-- new frequencies of light, energy and information that are supposed to be like the broadband version compared to dial-up.

You might be familiar with Reconnective Healing through the stories of Dr. Eric Pearl, a successful Los Angeles chiropractor who had some remarkable healings start happening in his office. Eventually he realized people interacting with the frequencies could also facilitate these healings.

There have been/are many tests being run on this at universities, etc., and more information can be found at Dr. Pearl's website, The Reconnection.

Since the frequencies are working on all levels, we never really know whether they will be working on what we come in for, or something on a much deeper level-- so we're usually not making guarantees that anyone will be healed of anything in particular, but recommend openness and curiosity. It is a hands-off process and can be done long-distance. Many of us don't have to know what the challenge is, and some will say it's better not to focus on the 'problem' anyway. A session usually lasts 30-45 minutes, and one to three sessions can be done for a particular challenge, at least 24 hours apart. This is not a continued, twice-weekly forever sort of thing.

When preparing for a session it is best to remove all distractions, sounds, smells, etc. from the area, get comfortable, relax, and see what you notice. Some people feel the frequencies like heat, some like cold, some like electricity or like taffy pulling, or a variety of sensations. Some people sense nonphysical beings present and feel touching on their body. When I had my first RH session it felt like someone grabbed my toe. (I was told later that was a meridian line that evidently needed adjusting.) Some people hear or smell things, which is the reason it's best to not have the room filled with sound and smell.

Openness and curiosity seem to be the best states for 'reception' but even people who "don't believe in this stuff" have had amazing healings. As facilitators, we are just the straw, so to speak. I focus on connecting with whomever is supposed to be receiving the frequencies and allow the frequencies to flow through me and do their thing.

If you are interested, I highly recommend the book The Reconnection-- not only is it informative, it is a fun, enjoyable read.

some video clips of Dr. Eric Pearl:

2 minute snippet of an interview on "Conversations with Robyn" -- the entire show (53 minutes) was available under episode twelve Dr Eric Pearl, season 3, but the link I had is no longer valid. If somebody finds it please send.
