Elias stuff

For anybody who doesn't know, Elias is an energy personality essence brought through by Mary Ennis. Most people would probably call this channeling; they say it is more correctly an energy exchange. Elias' purpose is to lessen the trauma of the shift and make things easier for us, and part of the way he does this is by using as little distortion as possible. His sentences may be longer and his words a bit different, but it all is for the least distortion.

There is information there on essence, families of consciousness, the stats (orientation etc.) and just about any other subject one could think of, fully searchable, and the second link there also has digests listing snippets of material from many sessions.

In Elias-eze, my essence name is Simmi; I am a Sumari/Vold, soft/ political/ final focus. Those are families of consciousness and focus (focus = this lifetime) stats, not looked at by me as boxes or labels of separation so much as guidelines for maximum understanding. And I'll probably be rambling about them all eventually.

born 16 April 1946-- author, journalist, lecturer, Wiccan priestess and radio journalist and correspondent for National Public Radio (NPR). Though born in Little Rock, Arkansas, grew up mostly in New York City. Grandfather, Alfred Adler, is considered the father of individual psychology (Member Vienna Psychoanalytic Society with Otto Rank/Ogean). Adler received a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York in 1970, and she was a Nieman Fellow at Harvard University in 1982. Wrote _Drawing Down the Moon: Witches, Druids, Goddess-Worshippers, and Other Pagans in America Today_. This book is considered a watershed in American Neopagan circles, as it provided the first comprehensive look at the nature-based religions in the US, and became what was for many the first point of contact with the larger subculture.

OEL Mary Pickford
(April 8, 1892 ? May 29, 1979) was an Academy Award-winning Canadian motion picture star, as well as a co-founder of the film studio United Artists and one of the original 36 founders of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Known as "America's Sweetheart," "Little Mary" and "The girl with the curls," she was one of the first Canadian pioneers in early Hollywood and one of film's greatest pioneers. She was born Gladys Louise Smith in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Sister to Jack Pickford/Niven (who is married to Olive Thomas/Iona).
